One call. Your numbers, tomorrow.

There is nothing to install and nobody comes to the restaurant. Twenty minutes on the telephone, and the first brief is on your screen the next morning — your restaurant, not a sample.

The first week

What actually happens
after you say yes.

The callTwenty minutes, once.We take the address and the name of your point of sale. Nothing to install, nothing to download, and nobody comes to the restaurant.
That nightYour history comes with it.The feed does not start at zero. It reaches back as far as your point of sale kept, and five years of your own weather arrives with it.
The morning afterYour first brief. Not a sample. Your restaurant, last night, written before you wake up — and because the history came first, it already has something to compare it to.
Week twoIt starts to know your Tuesdays. Two of each weekday in, and the shape of your week begins to show.
Week eightA quiet Tuesday stops being a worry.Syphor measures a night against your own last eight of that weekday. By here it has all eight, and it can tell a normal Tuesday from a Friday that went wrong.
What we need

Three things.

The addressSo the weather and what is on locally are yours and not the region’s.
Which point of saleAnd who looks after it for you, if it is not you.
Twenty minutesOnce. That is the whole of what we ask of your week.
One way

It reads. That is all
it is able to do.

It cannot write to your point of saleThere is no path back. Syphor cannot change a price, void a check, move a shift or touch a table. Data comes out; nothing goes in.
Every question it asks your data is a readIt can only select. Anything that is not a plain read is refused before it reaches the database.
What it is told about your staffThe staff list is a payroll number, a name, a job, and the dates somebody started and left. It is never sent home addresses, social security numbers, telephone numbers or emails — those are not in the export at all.
Stop and it stopsCancel and the reading ends. Nothing has to be undone at your end, because nothing was ever done to it.
