Terms

Everything we promised, in one place.

Nothing on this page is new. It is what the rest of the site already says about money and cancelling, written down where an attorney can find it.

What you pay

A restaurant$199 a month, per restaurant, in advance.
Setting a restaurant up$250 once, per restaurant. The same whether you run one or forty-nine, and charged on your first invoice.
A head office$399 a month, available from 5 restaurants and only if you have one. It is not compulsory at any size.
Setting a head office up$500 once.
Fifty restaurants and upNot on this card. The price is agreed in writing and never falls below it.

The thirty days

Nothing is chargedFor the first 30 days you pay nothing at all.
A card on fileA card is held from the start so the account can continue without a second conversation. Nothing is taken from it during the 30 days.
Cancel and you owe nothingCancel inside the 30 days and there is no invoice — not the month, and not the setup charge, because the setup charge lands on the first invoice and there is not one.
What happens on day thirty-oneThe first invoice is raised: the month ahead, plus the setup charge, once.

Stopping

A month at a timeAfter the 30 days there is no term and no notice period. Cancel whenever you like and the service runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
Nothing to pay to leaveThere is no exit fee, no early-termination charge and no minimum spend.
The feed stops with youSyphor only ever reads. When you stop, the reading stops, and nothing is written back to any system of yours — there is nothing to undo.

The price

Held for 24 monthsThe price you sign is held for 24 months from signature. Increases apply to new customers, not to you inside that window.
No discounts, at any sizeThe card is the card. Nobody pays less than the restaurant beside them, however many they run. Volume buys a head office, not a lower price per restaurant.
United States dollarsPrices are set in US dollars. A Canadian customer pays the same number in Canadian dollars — CA$199, not a conversion.

Charges that are not ours

A supplier charging for your own dataSome vendors charge for access to the data you already own. That charge is theirs and not ours, it appears on their invoice and not on ours, and we tell you what it is before you agree to anything.
Adapters we buildIf the system you run is not on our list we write the adapter and do not charge you for it.
Two things to be straight about

These are the commercial terms in plain words, and they are the terms. They are not an attorney’s contract and do not pretend to be one — if your own lawyer wants a longer form before you sign, ask and you will get it.

Nothing on this page overrides what is written into a signed agreement. Where the two differ, the signed agreement is the one that counts.
